Typewritten and bound transcript of an interview conducted by Katuska Serrano for the LDS Hispanic American Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 30 Aug. 1991. Mena talks about her early life in El Salvador. She describes her trip to the United States and her conversion to the Mormon Church. She also tells about how that faith has influenced her life. Mena talks about her conversion and marriage and about the challenges of living in the United States.
